How do I create an account?

If you are not registered on our site you can request an account by completing the Contact Form. An account gives you full access to our School Spirit Wear catalogs and materials. Our customer service representatives would also be happy to assist you at 1-800-365-7365.

Are there any set up fees?

Absolutely no set up fees. Our talented artists have already taken care of creating fashion forward designs.

Can I choose my designs?

Absolutely. Each year we release an annual catalog full of fresh designs and garments from which to select. New items may pop up during the year as we closely follow trends…or start them!

Can I use my school mascot image?

We have a large library of school mascot images. If your mascot image is unique to your school, our artists can help prepare the artwork, free of charge, for your spirit wear order.

Where can I find pricing information?

What are the minimums to order?

All minimums are listed in our full spirit wear catalog accessible with an account.

Placing An Order

How do I place an order?

Do you offer pre-order forms for individual students or organizations?

We are certainly open to creating pre-order forms.

Can I approve the artwork before the order is produced?

On request, we can email you a digital design mock up prior to producing you order.

How do you ensure order accuracy?

All orders are reviewed at the various stages of production before shipping.

Do the items arrive on hangers?

Most orders ship without hangers but you may request hangers, free of charge, for your order.

Do you have merchandising displays available?

We have a variety of merchandising solutions available. Depending on the size of your order, we can include a free display.

How much profit can we make?

We offer our products at wholesale prices allowing you to set the retail to meet your fundraising needs.

Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

The typical turn time for new orders is 2 to 3 weeks. For reorders, our turn time is usually 1 to 2 weeks.

How much does it cost to ship my order?

The shipping fee of your order is determined by the weight of the package and the destination. Shipping is free on all first time orders.

Payment

What types of payment are accepted?

We accept credit and cash on delivery (C.O.D.). The credit cards we accept are Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

What terms are offered?

We offer anywhere from Net 10 to Net 30 for approved customers.

Are discounts available?

We offer specials throughout the year as well as our quarterly sale flyer featuring items that are discounted for a limited time. We also offer first time buying promotions and a 5% discount on all orders to schools that have a completed Royalty Agreement with us.
